Innovation & Technology.

The firm integrates advanced AI tools and legal-tech platforms throughout the legal workflow. Some tools were developed in-house, and all operate under the most rigorous information-security and privacy standards in the industry.

AI Tools

Advanced AI tools

Drafting, contract review, legal research, and document review — accelerated by purpose-built AI tools designed for legal work, not generic chatbots.

In-House

In-house development

Some tools were developed in-house, tailored to the types of transactions we handle: commercial contracts, investment documents, and ongoing corporate work.

Security & Privacy

Security & privacy

All client data is handled in encrypted systems, under the highest information-security and privacy standards. No client information ever passes through open AI models.

Note AI tools augment our professional work — they don't replace it. Every document, contract, and decision is reviewed and approved by the lawyer before it leaves the firm.
Writing

Writing & commentary.

Short essays and commentary on issues that come up in day-to-day practice — investment agreements, options, corporate governance, and privacy. Written for a professional audience that wants direct answers, not introductions.

Approach

How we work.

I.

Personal accessibility

A direct line to the lawyer. No intermediaries, no "account managers." When you email, I'm the one who answers.

II.

AI at the core

Advanced AI tools, some developed in-house, accelerate every stage of the legal work — under the highest information-security and privacy standards.

III.

Business-first thinking

The goal is to close a good deal, not to write a good document. Every clause is evaluated by its business cost, not by its phrasing.

IV.

Pricing transparency

A clear quote before we start. No surprises, no "matter management" hours that weren't agreed upon in advance.

Contact

We prefer a direct conversation.

There's no contact form here. The best way to start a legal conversation is by having one — not by filling out a form. Send an email or call, and we'll get back to you the same day.
