Yona Schwebel, Adv. Founder · Schwebel Law

Yona Schwebel holds an LL.B. from the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law and has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2021. His studies and early training focused on commercial, corporate, and hi-tech law.

He completed his internship in the hi-tech and commercial departments of a leading boutique firm. After passing the bar, he returned to the same firm as a full associate, gaining practical experience in corporate and commercial transactions, early-stage funding rounds, ongoing corporate counsel for private companies, and drafting commercial agreements.

He later joined one of Israel's largest and most prestigious law firms, where he expanded his practice to more complex corporate transactions — including cross-border deals, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing counsel to Israeli and international companies in the hi-tech and corporate sectors.

Today he heads his own firm, Schwebel Law — a boutique firm focused on corporate, commercial, privacy, and hi-tech matters, and on clients who want the personal availability and attentiveness of one lawyer, alongside the experience built up in the professional departments of leading firms.

Approach

How we work.

I.

Personal accessibility

A direct line to the lawyer. No intermediaries, no "account managers." When you email, I'm the one who answers.

II.

AI at the core

Advanced AI tools, some developed in-house, accelerate every stage of the legal work — under the highest information-security and privacy standards.

III.

Business-first thinking

The goal is to close a good deal, not to write a good document. Every clause is evaluated by its business cost, not by its phrasing.

IV.

Pricing transparency

A clear quote before we start. No surprises, no "matter management" hours that weren't agreed upon in advance.

Contact

No form.
Just a conversation.

The first conversation is always commitment-free. Send a short email describing the issue and we'll get back to you to schedule a call within the same business day.
